This Wraps Up the End of Year 2010

Today is the last day of 2010. I am not sure if I am going to attend my local church's watch night service. Both my parents will go for their own churches watch night services and reflect upon the happenings in 2010 - both good and bad. Another chapter is close and marks the dawn of a new year. I am still coughing badly and hopefully it will be healed soon so that I can enjoy the food. It is good to have some fellowship with friends for a small chit-chat. Different things happen each different year as we grow older and wiser. But I hope I won't put too much emphasis on work but instead stop and smell the flowers and enjoy the moment.

Merry Christmas in 2010

Merry Christmas 2010

I would like to take this opportunity to wish you, my readers, a very Merry Christmas 2010 and a Happy New Year in 2011. I am currently on a short break from blogging. Christmas is a time to share and care. John 3:16 from the New International Version states the following:

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

The is the true meaning of Christmas. Jesus came down from heaven to give man a new eternal life and to restore's man's relationship with our Heavenly Father. This is the perfect Agape love displayed at its utmost sacrifice. It is not about Christmas trees, Santa Claus, golden baubles or tinsels. Christmas represents the birth of our Savious Jesus Christ who was born in a humble manger so that you and I can receive his riches and blessings while He took away our poverty, sickness and disease. Jesus gave us eternal life through his painful crucifixion at Calvary. So, whoever accepts Jesus as their Lord and Saviour, will have eternal life in heaven. This is the real meaning of Christmas - God's gift to mankind!

Online Mobile Gaming

Now the more and more people owning smart phones, they can eventually surf the web sites and check their emails using their latest gadgets. You can even try mobile casinos and play the game on the go when you are travelling like in the car or plane. What is attractive is that there is no deposit mobile casino where you don't need to place a deposit to sign up and register to play online.

You can also check out the link here at mfortune and see for yourself. There is obviously a system for you to make a payment using your credit card through a safe and secure payment gateway at the convenience of your home. With the tap of the keyboard or click of the computer mouse, you are able to try out the mobile casino in a jiffy. If you hate going to casinos where there's so much cigarette smoke which is so unhealthy, then you can try out the link in a smoke free environment. With year-end bonus this December, many people have extra cash to spend for their loved ones or to try their luck in the hope of making more money through mobile casino. If you love to gamble, then check out the links but for me, I prefer to keep the money.

Golden Christmas

Christmas is a time of cheer and festivity - to be celebrated with your family, friends and loved ones. It is time to buy gold and indulge your loved ones with gold bullion or jewellery. I love to see a well decorated Christmas tree with golden ornaments, tinsels, baubles and stars. Christmas is also a time for giving and receiving. The orphanages will receive presents donated by people from all walks of life. The old folks' homes will get food parcels donated by churches from their weekly collection. There will also be a musical play in Penang performed by Sarawasta Baptist Church in USA entitled 'Humbug'.

Blog Walking is Fun

You can add a Cbox to your blog and do some blog walking like visiting other bloggers’ web sites and comment in them. It takes time to build up a loyal group of friends who will come often and comment on your Cbox. Blog walking is fun but time consuming. But it certainly brings in more traffic than usual. When you visit other people’s blogs with a link back to your own blog, they will also return the favor and pay you a visit to your blog. I only blog walk when I have the time to do it while waiting for important tasks. It can be very interactive and engaging. This is one of the steps to build your blog traffic besides using the search engines.

I am Blessed

I have enough money to buy whatever I want and a dream job to work at home since 7 years ago. On top of that, I also have a part time job to write articles every month. I can also nap anytime I need in an air-con room upstairs and work when I am in the mood. This is God's blessings upon my life and I am thankful for it. Hence, I work at leisurely hours and not tied down to any deadline. I also have the time to blog now and then for cash and to earn from it. Moreover, I have a few sources of income on my own without anyone's help. But whatever it is, I still need to save up as much as possible for my retirement years to be golden and not woeful.

Your Personal Credit

Maintaining a good Credit Report is important to get bank loans and to apply for personal loans and credit cards. It is your financial reputation at stake where you can check your Free Credit Score from the link given. Since the credit crunch in 2008, many banks are turn to American Credit Report to assess the financial status of an individual before offering out loans for housing, business or other matters.

Hence, it is important not to max out your credit card and pay on time every month so that there is no bad history of missed payments in order to apply for future cards or housing loans. Banks are quite stringent in this area and they always do a credit report check on an individual to make sure that he is able to pay back the loan given out before even offering him the approved loan. So make sure you pay your credit card bills on time every month to have a clean standing with the financial institutions. Even if you pay your credit card bills late, it will be recorded in your credit report as a means to assess the type of paymaster you are – good or bad.

That's how most of the bankruptcy cases started - from overspending beyond one's income and maxing out credit cards. Many of the bankrupts are youngsters in their twenties who constantly splurge and spend more than what they earn. They chalk up more and more credit card debts until they are unable to pay back! This is a very bad spending habit that should not be inculcated from young. When you are a bankrupt, you will not be able to apply for bank loans, travel overseas or own properties like house or car. And whatever you earn, you have to pay back the banks of your outstanding loans until they are cleared and fully paid up.

I have an acquaintance who is a bankrupt due to fraudulent business dealings and got cheated by his business partners. The problem started when he signed as a guarantor for a huge bank loan amounting to millions of ringgit for the business dealing. Because of being too trusting and naïve with others, he has to now pay back for his mistakes – cannot travel overseas, cannot own a car or a house and whatever he earns, he has to pay back the bank bit by bit. He also cannot take legal action in court as a bankrupt!

God is Good - All the Time

God is Good - all the time. There is a song entitled God is Good and I love the lyrics. It was made famous by Don Moen, a popular Christian singer. I still listen to the CD album now and then which I have at home. We all need God's protection from sickness, disease, accidents, deception, and evil in any forms that exist around us in this fallen earth, since Adam took the forbidden apple from the wrong tree. Sometimes I wish the rapture will happen in my generation so that I don't have to go through death, sickness and weakness.

Living a Blessed Life

I have good health, able to enjoy good food and travelling all over Malaysia with some holidays in between work. I have the priviledge to give offerings to my local church and to listen to sermons every Sunday. The praise and worship was enjoyable with the lyrics uplifting the soul. Listening to praise songs is a killer of depression that lifts up your weary soul. It is written in the Bible that 'Man shall not live by bread alone but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God'. And the bible is God's love letter to mankind which we should read regularly for the edification of our souls.

I love Gold Bullion

I have a small collection of jewellery and love my 2 gold bullion that were given to me since I was small. They are very good investments and hedge against rising future inflation that erodes the value of paper money. So, if I have more money, I will surely invest in more gold bullions and gold savings account or paper gold in the bank. Public Bank is one of the 4 banks in Malaysia that offers Gold Investment Account (GIA) with a gold passbook for your reference. So far, I have invested about 40gms of gold in GIA and still hold it until now since early this year.

Lots of Work Today

Today, I have lots of work as I prepare to design the yearly calendar and add in the date plus highlighting the public holidays for next year 2011. This season is the busiest time for me from my current employment in a home office. I need to be proficient with the computer in order to work effectively and promptly so that all the calendars are sent out before Christmas. My boss just recovered from Influenza B and back to normal work again helming the small company to more profits. My boss is very blessed since becoming a Christian and gets consistent projects every month.

Tired but Happy

I am quite tired now after having woken up at 6:30am this morning, but quite happy with my online venture. In a short while, I will go back upstairs to nap again. Need a break from typing and from the glare of the computer monitor. But it is good to be able to earn cash now and then as a virtual assistant and blogger. Hence, I thank God for my blessings and the ability to deliver the work done in a home office. I am also grateful to my family for my education and tuitions in the past. Those years were unforgetable.

Heaven is Very Rich

Heaven is not only rich but very rich. The streets are solid gold and not paved with gold. I am sure there will be lots of gold coins all over the place that the angels play with. This is the eternal resting place of bliss for the departed who are children of God. Heaven is a place where there is no more sorrow, disease, sickness, aging and death. No earthquake, tsunami or volcanic eruptions. There will be no pestilences and all the evils that this fallen earth experience since Adam took the apple from the wrong tree and disobeyed God. This is where I will go to when I leave this earth.

Psalms 91

Psalms 91 is the psalms of protection. You need to claim on it often if not daily. This is very soothing to know that our Heavenly Father is our protector from Satan's darts of sickness, disease and premature death. As children of God, we can claim this promise in our walk wit God. During our quiet time, we can meditate on this Psalm upon our lives. We need to have a hedge of protection around our lives from evil in any form - be it accidents, sickness, illness, disease, etc.

God Restoreth My Soul

I was feeling the pangs of loneliness these few days and did not go out as usual but instead stayed at home for dinner. My friend was down with common flu and had to quarantine to recover quickly from the medication that makes one drowsy. So, I immerse myself by reading the Bible especially on Psalms by King David and a magazine. When you are down and out, longing for companionship, just go to Psalms to read several chapters and you will feel much better. God is in charge in the affairs of men regardless of the circumstances despite the orphan spirit in me that makes me feel neglected and cast away. Books can be your best friends to keep you usefully occupied. The battle is in the mind and I have to take care of my mind by renewal each day with biblical verses.

New Creation Church Makes $19 Million in a Day

My former church in Singapore which is known as the queue up church because of the very long queue you see in Suntec City before the service starts, makes S$19 million in a day! I think by any calculated guess, this is a very prosperous church in modern times. The sermons are aired worldwide and they are received by satelite channel in the United States every week. Other countries receive the grace message includes Australia, Canada, Europe, India, Africa, etc.

Counting My Blessings

I guess I am blessed to have a home, good job in home office, good health and the good life in general. This is God's divine blessings upon my life and I am thankful for it. It is not easy to hold a secure job to work from home but I have been employed by a sports surfacing company since 2004 and the boss allows me to work from a home office. My job requirements are to check the company emails daily, send out quotations, calculations, some technical drawings which are seldom and to print out enquiries other than maintaining the company web site.

Gold is Good in Uncertain Times

There is some uncertainty in the US economy with the Federal budget almost used up to spur the economy. In uncertain times like this, gold is the investment to keep compared to cash which can fluctuate in value. Besides, if you buy gold, it is a good hedge against inflation. The value of gold has been increasing steadily over the last 30 years or more. Moreover, it is expected to increase further and the price will go up in future. That is why, I opened a gold savings account (GIA) with Public Bank as a form of investment. The returns should be better than putting money in the bank for negligible returns per year. In a nutshell, gold is good in uncertain times.

Jesus' Ministry

Jesus' ministry, which according to the Gospel of Luke began when Jesus was "about 30 years of age",[Lk 3:23] followed that of John the Baptist, whose ministry is said to have begun "in the fifteenth year of the reign of Tiberius Caesar",[Lk 3:1–2] which would be about 28 or 29 AD/CE. According to the Synoptic Gospels, Jesus' ministry lasted approximately one year, whereas the Gospel of John implies that his ministry may have lasted approximately three years. Thus, the earliest generally accepted date for the crucifixion is 29 AD/CE (i.e., the 15th year of Tiberius' reign plus one year for Jesus' ministry), and the latest is 36 AD/CE (i.e., the final year of Pontius Pilate's prefecture).

Jesus : Possible Year of Birth

Scholars generally conclude that Jesus was born sometime between 7-2 BC/BCE and died sometime between 26-36 AD/CE.

There is no contemporary historical evidence demonstrating the date of Jesus' birth. The common Gregorian calendar method for numbering years, in which the current year is 2010, is based on an early medieval attempt to count the years from a point of reference — namely, Jesus' birth — which Dionysius Exiguus placed, either mistakenly or intentionally, sometime between 2 BC/BCE and 1 AD/CE. The Gospel of Matthew states Jesus' birth occurred during the reign of Herod the Great, who died in 4 BC/BCE, but also with the intimation that Jesus may have been as much as two years old when Herod ordered the Massacre of the Innocents, and therefore that he may have been even older at the time of Herod's death. The Gospel of Luke similarly points to Jesus' birth as having occurred during the reign of Herod the Great (i.e., sometime between 37 and 4 BC/BCE), but the author of Luke also describes the birth as taking place during the first census of the Roman provinces of Syria and Iudaea, which is generally believed to have occurred in 6 AD/CE. Most scholars generally assume a date of birth between 6 and 4 BC/BCE.

Christmas or Christmas Day is a holiday observed mostly on December 25 to commemorate the birth of Jesus. The earliest evidence of celebration of Jesus' birth on December 25 is found in the year 354 in Rome. It was only later that the December 25 celebration was adopted in the East, with the exception of Armenia, where his birth is celebrated on January 6. Indeed, there is no month of the year to which respectable authorities have not assigned his birth.

I want to go to Heaven

When Jesus was crucified, his resurrection power gave us eternal life, shalom peace, health, prosperity and more blessings. It was a divine exchange where Jesus took our curses and condemnation while we take his blessings and acceptance. Jesus went to hell for 3 days so that we can go to heaven for eternity. Therefore, I want to go to heaven where there is plenty of gold bullion, solid streets of gold and mansions built from gems. Jesus has promised us that He will go and prepare a place for us in heaven. As God's beloved children, this is our inheritance for eternity. And this is the place where I will go to as a Christian.

The 4 Canonical Gospels

The four canonical gospels, Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John, are the main sources for the biography of Jesus' life; nevertheless, these Gospels were written with the intention of glorifying Jesus and are not strictly biographical in nature. For example, the Gospels primarily characterize Jesus as the Messiah: he performs miracles and is often described as having a very close relationship to the Jewish God — the phrase "Son of God" is attributed to Jesus at least once in each Gospel.[Lk 1:35][Mt 16:16][Mk 1:1][Jn. 3:18] The Gospels (especially Matthew) present Jesus' birth, life, death and resurrection as fulfillment of prophecies found in the Hebrew Bible (e.g., the virgin birth, the flight into Egypt, Immanuel from Isaiah 7:14, and the suffering servant). However, critical scholars find historical information about Jesus' life and ministry in the synoptic gospels, while interpreting the miraculous and theological content in light of what is known of Jewish beliefs at the time.

Jesus Christ, the Son of God

Jesus of Nazareth (c. 5 BC/BCE – c. 30 AD/CE), also known as Jesus Christ or simply Jesus, is the central figure of Christianity. Christians view him as the Messiah foretold in the Old Testament and as the Son of God, who provided salvation and reconciliation with God to humankind by dying for its sins, then raising himself from the dead.

The principal sources of information regarding Jesus' life and teachings are the four canonical gospels, especially the Synoptic Gospels, though some scholars believe apocryphal texts such as the Gospel of Thomas are also relevant.

Critical Biblical scholars and historians believe that the New Testament is useful for reconstructing Jesus' life. The basic fact that scholars agree describe the historical Jesus are as follows: Jesus was a Jew who was regarded as a teacher and healer, he was baptized by John the Baptist, and was crucified in Jerusalem on the orders of the Roman Prefect of Judaea, Pontius Pilate, on the charge of sedition against the Roman Empire. Academic debate continues regarding the chronology, the central message of Jesus' preaching, his social class, cultural environment, and religious orientation. Critical Biblical scholars and historians have offered competing descriptions of Jesus as a self-described messiah, as the leader of an apocalyptic movement, as an itinerant sage, as a charismatic healer, and as the founder of an independent religious movement. Most contemporary scholars of the historical Jesus consider him to have been an independent, charismatic founder of a Jewish restoration movement, anticipating an imminent apocalypse. Other prominent scholars, however, contend that Jesus' "Kingdom of God" meant radical personal and social transformation instead of a future apocalypse.

Christians traditionally believe that Jesus was born of a virgin, performed miracles, founded the Church, rose from the dead, and ascended into heaven, from which he will return. While the doctrine of the Trinity is accepted by most Christians, a few groups reject the doctrine of the Trinity, wholly or partly, as non-scriptural. Most Christian scholars today present Jesus as the awaited Messiah and as God, arguing that he fulfilled many Messianic prophecies of the Old Testament.

Heaven is Full of Solid Gold

In heaven, not only do you find gold bullion or gold ingots but streets full of solid gold. And it is not paved with gold or gold plate but solid gold inside out. Though I have not personally seen it, but I believe in it as it is written in the Bible - God's Inspiring Word. I would love to live for eternity in this place where there is no more sorrow, death or disease. And as God's children, we are promised our inheritance of mansions and eternal life in heaven since Jesus took away our curse upon himself and bore the full brunt of God's anger. It was a divine exchange and we get His blessings and prosperity.

Indian Pastor Came to My Church

Last Sunday, an Indian pastor from Johor came to preach in my church. This guy is recognised by the Malaysian government for his work in setting up orphanages there and he is also annointed to heal people. His preaching was really fiery but full of God's grace of favor and divine healing. This guy literally stood on the chair to preach and make his point known at times. He came from a broken background but is now blessed with 2 pretty daughters and a wife. Before it happens months prior to the incident, he also received a vision from God. He style of preaching was quite pertinent and make you alert to his every word spoken.

For God is Good

This is repent to enter paradise on earth - good news, not bad news. For God is good and wishes us to be with Him as a partaker of the divine nature. But to be in his presence, we must become pure through death of our sinful nature on the Missing Cross to Purity - the inward cross of self-denial that leads to purity - missing from, and forgotten by Christianity today. These writings show the way to purity and union through the inward cross of self-denial.

If any man desires to come after me,
he must deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me.
Luke 9:23

He who does not take his cross, and follow after me, is not worthy of me.
Mat 10:38

You follow Jesus by listening to His word in your heart, hearing Him, and obeying Him.
Luke 6:46-48

Do you have enough to buy gold bullion?

I used to think that gold bullion are huge and bulky like gold ingots. When I check some web sites, I noticed that they are actually small like gold coins and are more affordable unlike gold ingots that come in kilograms by the weight. Hence, I got both gold bullion and gold ingots mixed up. Now, with years of experience in blogging and surfing other web sites, I am more educated now with the various terms used. By the way, it is worth your investment to buy gold bullion if you can afford it because gold is a good hedge against inflation. It is better than parking your money in the bank that brings in very low interest rates.

Blessings from Heaven

I have been blessed in a special way because I get to work from home while earning a constant income every month. I get a basic salary with commissions from the various projects that my company secure from the web site. That is why I need to reply to all the enquiries and treat them as potential clients regardless of age or race. Most of our clients are Malays, followed by Chinese and clubs in general. Hence, I work in my pajamas without any traffic jams or office politics. It has been like this for the last 6+ years and hopefully, God will bless my boss with good health and strength to helm the small company for many more years to come.

To Live in Union with Christ

To attain the available fullness, one needs to know, and then believe what is possible. The writings of George Fox testify to thousands of men and women who became one with Christ and God and exhibited their moral ethnicity, and how this joy is available to all who hope and believe in the power of his name, and the true hope: purity through the inward cross of self-denial, the power of God. And after purity, to enter paradise, the Kingdom of God within and around us; our consciousness and sight being translated to the spiritual dimension, to live in union with Christ and God in their presence, while walking on earth by the light of God, as children of the light. For God is light and nearby; in him we live and move and have our being.

My Aunt, the Advocate and Solicitor

I have worked in a law firm for a short stint for my aunt who is an advocate and a solicitor in Shenton Way, Singapore many years back. Well, the law firm is no longer operating now as my aunt is in her seventies now, time to retire gracefully. She handles all cases to deal with property transactions or also known as conveyancing which is more lucrative compared to litigation or fighting it out in court. There are different types of lawsuits that can be brought about by clients like Trasylol Lawsuit or Accutane Lawsuit in the States. It was an eye-opener for me to work for her albeit for a short while. At least I was exposed to the workings of a legal firm with hundreds of clients' files with a good filing system to keep track of so many records.

President Obama: 'I am a Christian By Choice...The Precepts of Jesus Spoke to Me'

At a backyard town hall in Albuquerque, NM, Tuesday, President Obama was asked “Why are you a Christian?” The question, from teacher’s assistant Elizabeth A. Murphy, 42, was one of three “hot topics” she raised with the president.

“I’m a Christian by choice,” the president said. “My family didn’t -- frankly, they weren’t folks who went to church every week. And my mother was one of the most spiritual people I knew, but she didn’t raise me in the church.”

The president said he “came to my Christian faith later in life and it was because the precepts of Jesus Christ spoke to me in terms of the kind of life that I would want to lead -- being my brothers’ and sisters’ keeper, treating others as they would treat me. And I think also understanding that Jesus Christ dying for my sins spoke to the humility we all have to have as human beings, that we’re sinful and we’re flawed and we make mistakes, and that we achieve salvation through the grace of God. But what we can do, as flawed as we are, is still see God in other people and do our best to help them find their own grace.”

The president said “that’s what I strive to do. That’s what I pray to do every day. I think my public service is part of that effort to express my Christian faith.”

I am Down with Flu

I was down with flu since 2 days ago and yesterday I went to see the doctor near my house. As he normally has few patients, I don't have to wait too long. He gave me cough mixture and I requested for the non-drowsy type, otherwise I cannot work here and have to sleep the whole day in bed. He also gave me anti-biotics and pills for the phlegm. It was very tiring yesteday when I self-medicated and took the cough mixture that makes me very drowsy. Hence, was lying in bed almost the whole morning and evening. Wish I will get well tomorrow soon.

Heaven is Rich

There's lots of gold bullion in heaven. Even the streets are solid gold and not gold plated. They are paved with gold. Since the Bible is the inspired word of God, and it is clearly stated so, hence I believe it. Also heaven is a place where is the no more suffering, no more tears and no more sickness and death. You will live for eternity and that is a very long time to come. There will be a new heaven and a new earth where all the animals will live at peace with each other.

There will not be any more killing for food or murders. Everyone will live at peach with each other and this is the ultimate goal in life later on. But for now, we have to endure suffering, disease, sickness, illness and aging. But it will all come to pass and a new life begins. So in the meantime, while we are here on earth, let us life at peace with each other until Jesus returns in the Second Coming of Christ to be reunited with his fellow Christians.

We cannot get away from present sufferings like earthquakes, tsunami, pestilences, wars and more wars, etc. So, while life here in imperfect, we have to make do with the present circumstances.

Thank God Every Day

I thank God every day for my blessings such as a dream job to work at home since February 2004 until today. Sometimes, I am required to travel often to Kuala Lumpur to meet up with clients with my colleague and we stay in a rented apartment in USJ, Subang Jaya. The apartment is rented by my company and it is like a home office with printer, table and chair. I just need to lug my laptop along to continue to check for emails and to reply on the go to enquiries from customers. Now I need to work hard for my retirement and save enough so that I don't have to depend on people for financial help in my golden years.

Bought 9 message CDs from Joseph Prince's Online Store

Just 2 days ago, I decided to buy 9 message CDs on behalf of a friend from Pastor Joseph Prince's online store for more than RM200 after conversion to ringgit from Singapore dollars, including express delivery by DHL. It was sent out the same day I ordered later in the evening and I received it the following day. That is superb customer service and typical of Singapore - customers come first and the customer is always right! This was the motto of my Singaporean company where I worked for while teaching clients how to use Microsoft Office and Lotus 1-2-3.

Perils of Worldly Wisdom - 1 Corinthians 2

Todays reading is from 1 Cor 1:18 - 2:16. We rely too much on our worldly wisdom to get us what we want. Life as God intended it to be is simple, yet deep and meaningful but soulish man has made life shallow, complicated and stressful. I hope the Datuk lawyers (or killer lawyers?) will be brought to justice for murdering millionaires to get their money and properties unlawfully and 17 missing people has been linked to the 2 lawyer Indian brothers in Malaysia. Some stumble at the cross. Rather than a testimony of weakness, the cross is a tremendous testimony of power. The Holy Spirit is the anti thesis of the spirit of the world.

The Nuns have Taken a Vow of Poverty

My dad and two younger sisters are Catholics in the family. Only myself and mum are Protestants. But we believe in the same God. My parents help out every week in Little Sisters of the Poor where the nuns there have taken a vow of poverty - such humble actions on their part. They don't believe in amassing great wealth and certainly don't preach prosperity. They lead a very humble simple life in the organisation helping the aged and sick every day to do the necessary things and to keep them mentally occupied in their golden years.

Tithing is a Serious Matter in My Church

Tithing seems to be a very sensitive issue and a serious matter in my local church. Ever since I stopped tithing in November last year, there were many changes taking place in my local church! First was the printing of bulletin. They have decided to save money on paper and print once a month instead of every week. Then shortly later, they put donation envelopes in all the pews and every chair to make it so OBVIOUS that I should continue to tithe, like I am obligated to them! I have given thousands in the past and it is time to save up for my retirement. But I still continue to give offerings every week. The church does not see its own blessings from other givers but seem to focus on what is missing!

Streets of Gold in Heaven

In the bible, God has said that there are streets of gold in heaven. And it is not gold-plated but filled with solid gold inside out. There will be lots of gold bullion as part of the structures as well including precious gems like diamonds, rubies, sapphires, jade, etc. Heaven is the final destination for all the children of God, those who are born-again Christians. This is our ultimate promise by our Heavenly Father. And Jesus as redeemed us from sin and a life of sickness and curse for a life of blessings, health and prosperity. He will go and prepare a place for us. The greatest miracle in my life was when I became a Christian since 1985.

My Senior Church Pastor has Gone for 1 Month Sabatical Leave

It is certainly good to be able to go for 1 month's leave in a foreign country and my senior church pastor has gone to Australia together with his wife. It is so co-incidental that since I stopped tithing, the church has stopped corporate prayer for the members on Sunday service. Otherwise, they will always have prayer sessions for the members after service. Since I pay by cheque, they know who is paying and when. And since I have stopped, they have become more negligent in their duties by printing the brochures every month, instead of every week.

Life of Favor and Grace

When you accept Jesus as your Lord and Saviour, you will experience the unmeritted life of grace and favor. This is the inheritance of every child of God. When you believe right, you will live right and have the blessings pouring into your life. Blessed are those who meditate on God's word day and night. For theirs shall be rivers of living water. So it makes good sense to read the bible and meditate on its contents every day. Spend some quiet time with God to recharge your batteries. Then you will live a life of blessings one after another.

Having a Blessed Life

I thank God every day for the little blessings that come along my way - protection from accidents especially when driving along the North-South Highway on the way to Kuala Lumpur or using the East-West Highway when travelling to Kelantan or the Karak Highway when going to Pahang. I also have more than enought to eat and enough money in my bank account. Also, I get to work at home, my dream job for a small sports surfacing company. I handle all the jobs to do with computers including updating the company website.

I would be Very Happy IF

If I win myself a gold bullion, I would be very happy indeed. For your information, just a gram of gold now cost around RM126.00 and a gold bullion would weigh very much more. Gold bullions are used as investments by rich people during wars or when the value of money is no longer there. In school, I have won an Art price of being the top poster designer in class and the prize money was RM15 only. Nevertheless, I was estatic to come out tops as I did not expect it. I was also my Art teacher's favourite student. My tuition in Art classes finally pays off. I still recall the time and rush to get ready for my art tuition immediately after school in Penang.

Streets of Gold in Heaven

In heaven, not only do you have gold bullion, but rather streets of solid gold and not streets that are gold-plated. Heaven is a very rich place with mansions built and prepared by Jesus for its loyal followers that have passed on. Life on earth is just a transition. Eventually all of us will have our eternal destiny upon death. For the Christians, they will eventually dwell in heaven, the best place ever with no more tears, sorrow or sickness or even aging. And you get to live here for eternity - which is a very long time. That's the advantage of being faithful Christians and we get our inheritance as children of God.

Busy But Very Happy!

I just finished doing a paid post and writing 2 articles for a total of RM66.50 (paid today) with opportunities that come almost every day in good times. This way, I can leverage on my 7 blogs with 2 blogs on my personal domain and the rest are blogspot blogs like this one. There are advantages to using each of them and I am beginning to love using Blogspot blogs for the fact that they are free and easy to add components or modules and to arrange them in a jiffy. God has been blessing me and continue to do so. That is why I am always grateful to our Heavenly Father for my well being and general good health to do the things I like.

Missed Church Last Week

Last week, my friend thought that our church was closed and no service as the entire team went to Cameron Highlands for a retreat. But it was the wrong date! The retreat was supposed to be end of this month on Merdeka Day or National Holiday in Malaysia. So, we missed going to church last week. Our local church here is feeding the poor and helping them out. Every week, food is served and we have been asked to help out, but due to other commitments, we had to decline. But we have been contributing financially every week for the tithes and offerings.

To have a Forgiving Heart

To live a healthy life, we need to have a forgiving heart so that we are not consumed by anger and hurt. The poisonous emotions can eat into us and take the vitality out of our lives. We need to forgive those who have hurt us for our own good - not theirs! This is so that we do not carry unnecessary burden or baggage in our hearts. Jesus has told us to forgive unlimited times because in life, we are bound to get hurt by those around us or even petty strangers. Hence, for a peaceful mind, it is better to forgive and forget and then move on with life.

My Hobbies to Keep Me Occupied

I have been a collector of coins (numismatist) and stamps (philatelist) since I was young. But my stamps collection are much bigger than my coins since I could get free stamps when people send letters to my parents. My hobby has kept me busy and usefully occupied. In my later years, my wealthy uncle in Singapore who is a doctor gave me gold coins during Chinese New Year instead of 'ang-pows' or red packets of money. The gold coin is about 10gm and round in shape. These are my small collection of treasures since childhood and I will cherish them in my possession. The other day, someone was interested to buy my stamps but I am not willing to let them go since they remind me of my childhood.

He Could not Pass the Interview and Get a Job

My mother's church friend's son who studies in UK and graduated with a Master's degree could not pass any interview and has not been working since graduation. What a waste! He is about the same age as my youngest sister. I guess he is just not blessed to hold a job. Perhaps he has very high expectations and salary during the job interview that they could not afford him. Being the only son, his parents did not pressure him to take up lower paying job like working in Mac Donald's. I guess he is lucky that his parents love him regardless of the situation and still support him when they are still alive.

Dream Job to Work from Home

I thank God every day for my blessings to work at home while getting an income every month. I don't have to commute to work, dress up or get stuck in nasty traffic jams. Hence I work in my pajamas. It has been like this for the last 6 years where I wake up to have breakfast and then off to switch on the computer and log into the internet to check emails on a daily basis. Whenever I need a break from work, I just go upstairs to take a short nap and then continue to work again. My job responsibilities include calculating prices for sports quotations, entering financial data to MS Excel worksheet, emailing brochures to potential clients and printing out enquiries for my boss to reply.

Gold as Your Investment?

There are several types of investment. With the inflation rate at about 4%, and your value of money decreasing by the year, have you ever considered to put your money to buy gold instead? Gold is a good hedge against inflation and the value of gold has been increasing steadily for the last 10 years. When I was small, a gram of gold costs only RM21.00 which has now balooned to RM126.00 per gram. So, if you have invested your money in gold at that point in time, you would have made money today. India is the biggest consumer of gold with its citizens wearing gold accessories to look attractive. I have also open a Gold Investment Account with Public Bank and bought about 40gm of gold to be put in the bank for at least 1 year.

Blogging Marathon

Now I have to blog in a marathon mode before the offers are taken up by the minute in some of the programs. Being able to type fast and my training in IT before helps to a certain extent. I took typing lessons for free in Singapore and this has helped me a lot in my work. I can work more efficiently plus using the keyboard short cuts to reduce the time taken. I also have to think fast and on my feet so that what I type here makes sense and not nonsensical ramblings. Working by the computer has its blessings especially when you work at home - no more traffic jams, office politics or back biting by colleagues. And I am literally being my own boss working in my pajamas.

What Really Matters

I followed my 2 younger sisters to a church in Ipoh while we were on weekend holidays there. The priest spoke about the economic system of God's kingdom is to share your wealth and not to hoard it. And what really matters is trust in God and not in money. As we cannot carry all our wealth with us when we die, it is good to share it with the needy and for the extension of God's kingdom. This is to save more lives and lost souls into eternity. We need to have faith and trust in God and the way God works. Blessed are the generous in heart as stated in the book of Proverbs. When you bless others, you will yourself be blessed in return.

Missed Church Today

The room was too cosy, and I skipped church today to stay in and sleep under the comforter with the air con turned on. My friend went to church instead to tithe on a weekly basis as God has been blessing his business every month with projects coming in. And the timing is so good - when one project is almost complete, new ones will come in giving our workers constant job all year round.

I guess the secret to our business success is that my friend links to church and God has been faithful to us. We have been blessed time and again for the last couple of years despite the difficulty at the initial stage when we just started out. I had to work extra hard to promote the business but now we are quite established with an online presence, ads in yellow pages and word-of-mouth advertising.

Seek Ye First The Kingdom of God

Matthew 6:33 - "Seek ye first the Kingdom of God and all these things shall be added unto you." (King James Version)

We ought to have the right priorities in life. When we seek God's kingdom and His righteousness, all these things like health, good exam results, wealth, true riches, prosperity shall be added unto us. It does not say one thing or some things but ALL things shall be added and not taken away from us. In all things ideally, God should come first, then family and then work. Even in a marriage or relationship, God should come first to seal the bond between two different people. As Christian, it is the Holy Spirit guiding us what to do, and be our beacon of guiding light. We also should set aside some time to meditate on the Bible and be tranformed by the renewal of our minds each day.

A Generous Man will Prosper

Proverbs 11:25 - A generous man will prosper; he who refreshes others will himself be refreshed. (New International Version)

This is a pertinent verse as it speaks of being generous towards the poor and the needy. As an aside, I have bought RM100 of food coupons for the food fair at The Little Sisters of the Poor to raise funds for the maintenance of the aged and poor. My dad will be the photographer and will donate the photos to the organisation. Being generous means not to hoard your money or savings and give charitably whenever possible. When you give, you will also be blessed and prosper in future as stated in Proverbs 11. As they said, one good turn deserves another and the way to receive is to give generously. God will eventually bless you.

Investing in Gold

Gold is a good hedge against inflation which is about 4% a year. Using the rule of 72, it will take about 18 years before your savings is halved. This is derived from taking 72 divided by 4% inflation rate per annum to get 18 years on average as the duration it takes to half your money in the bank accounts. From statistics, it is a wise decision to buy buy gold eagle coins or even open a Gold Investment Account (GIA) with Public Bank with a minimum of 20 grams just to open the account.

So far, I have invested about 40 grams in my GIA and the gold can only be sold one year later for profits. From the graph, you will notice that gold has been increasing steadily over the last 10 years. A gram of gold used to cost about $20 in the 1970s and now is costing about $125 a gram. See how much it has appreciated in value over time. My rich uncle in Singapore also gave me a half ounce gold coin during Chinese New Year as investment. And it was the one and only gold coin that I own and still keep until now.

The good news is that you might like to know that the streets of heaven are made in gold and not gold-plated. Imagine going there to see for ourselves how luxurious life is after death.

Happy Father's Day

Today is Father's Day and my local church gave an 'expensive' looking gift to every father, grandfather and father-to-be. It was a small box of writing note pad encased in black leather-look-alike with white wordings of 'Head of the Home', 'Faithfulness', 'Sincerity', etc. Both my youngest sister and myself will be treating our father to a new Thai restaurant in New World Park. I happened to dine within the area and walked around to chance upon this new restaurant that was just opened. Hence we decided to try it out and at the same time treat our dad for Father's Day to show gratitude to him for providing and caring for us.

We are Now Under God's Grace

We are no longer condemn or under the law as in the Old Testament. Since Jesus died, we have been reconciled to our Heavenly Father and are under God's Grace, divine protection and unmerited favor. No longer do we have to work and do right to earn God's favor but just rest on Jesus and depend on His finished work at the cross to bring us to a life of prosperity, health and all the good things in life. We can never depend on ourselves to win God's favor because we are imperfect and have sinned. Life in the Old Testament is hard and depends on keeping the Law but no longer so in the New Testament, which is only a third the thickness of the entire Bible.

Do Not Take Revenge

King Saul was after David's life when he discovered that David will probably be the next king and attempted to have David killed a few times. Hence, David was on the run and became a fugitive. However, when David has the chance to kill King Saul when he was asleep, David did not take revenge because he could not kill God's annointed or chosen one. David eventually succeded King Saul to be the next king as we know in the Bible. Even when driving on the roads, we need to give way and be courteous to other drivers. There were 2 ships (one a passenger cruise ship, while the other a merchant ship) which refuse to give way to each other and eventually collided and more than 200 people died - all because of pride of not giving way. Well, the captains of both ships were jailed 15 years each!

Make Friends with Fellow Christians

Last week's sermon on friendship was pertinent and practical. We cannot shun friends altogether and need to have a few close friends that we can share our secrets, problems, etc. We cannot possibly be friends with everyone we meet but we need to be selective in the friends that we keep. For fellow Christians, it is advisable to keep close friendship with other fellow Christians so that when one is down, the other can bring him up. Two heads are better than one anyway. When you have a close friendship with another Christian, it is a 3 person friendship involving the Holy Spirit to seal the bond together. Otherwise, it can be fragile and get fractured easily.

Insuring Your Car

I believe that buying automobile insurance is never a waste of money. In fact, it is a form of investment to protect your savings from depleting in the event of any unfortunate accidents on the road like car damage, etc. The insurance company will then have to foot the bill for you when your car is insured.

As for me I have bought an automobile insurance to insure my new car since 3 years ago. The process is simple. My dad just call up his church friend to come and collect the cheque and by the next day, I get my car insurance done already.

I can also buy automobile insurance through the web site which is slightly cheaper but this is so much faster and I don't have to pay for additional postage fees for the insurance to be delivered right to my house. Besides car insurance, I also buy living policy from Prudential and RM150 is deducted from my credit card monthly.

A Blessed Life

I thank for my blessings every day and never take my employment for granted even though I work from home. And I have been gainfully employed to work at a home office since February 2004 until now. As an aside, you might like to know about http://www.oxis.com which is engaged in the research, development and sale of products that counteract the harmful effects of “oxidative stress.” Their products include therapeutic nutraceutical products, cosmeceutical products and proprietary formulations and clinical products.

For more information, you can check out the links to Oxis on Twitter and also Oxis on facebook. I am also growing older but wiser each day when I start seeing more white hairs.

I guess my Heavenly Father has been merciful and gracious to me for this unmerited favor to get a dream job to work at home comfortable where the office is just to turn on the computer and log in to the internet downstairs and rest time is upstairs where I can turn on the air con and nap under my comforters.

Seek Ye First the Kingdom of God

Matthew 6:33 states the following: 'Seek ye first the kingdom of God and all these things shall be added unto you'. It does not say that these things shall be taken away from you but instead Added unto you. So whatever you desire like prosperity, health, good success will be added unto you as you seek out God's kingdom. And it does not say some things, a few things but ALL things. The Bible is very precise since God is the author. Hence we should pursue Godly things like worship, attending church service, reading the Bible, singing songs of praise, etc. We should never abandon our spiritual growth and pursuits as we work every day to put food to the table.

Delight Yourself in the Lord

Psalms 37:4 states "Delight yourself in the Lord and He will give you the desires of your heart". From my personal experience, God has indeed answered my prayers for a job that I can handle and better still, I get to work from home! During my student years, I used to read the Bible very early in the morning before going to school and also while preparing for my exams. I also attend church, sing praises and to worship Him. This is one of my favourite verses that I can remember. When we spend time meditating on God's word and be transformed by the renewal of our minds each day, we will experience more blessings that will come along our way.

Streets of Gold in Heaven

In heaven, there are streets of solid gold and they are not even gold plated! Here, on earth, men buy gold bullion for investment and certainly not to build streets of gold. We could not afford that kind of luxury. One of the richest man in Asia is the Sultan of Brunei and he has a personal aircraft with gold plated sinks, bath tubs and gold plated taps. Parts of the interior decoration of the bedroom are made from gold and they look very classy. Heaven is a place filled with wealth, health and gem stones. And the best thing is that every one lives eternally and that is a very long time. You will never get sick, grow old or die. I certainly look forward to stepping on the streets of gold in heaven when the time comes. How about you? Have you accepted Jesus as your Lord and Saviour yet?

Tithing is a sensitive issue

Ever since I stopped tithing in November last year, my local church seems to be 'on strike' by printing out the leaflets every 2 months instead of every week. How much can they save this way? Now I don't know who the speaker will be for next week and what the topic will be. They also started putting donation envelopes in every pew that makes it so obvious! And the message is now more on law and works instead of grace and God's favor. I need to save the money for my retirement but I still give offering. Some people don't give at all but that is their business. Sometimes I wonder, did I give to the right church?

Worship is the Highest Form of Honor

God delights in our worship. It is the highest form of honoring God, our Heavenly Father. We worship God by singing songs of praise, praying, meditating on His Word, the Bible, etc. As children of God, we should set aside some time each day to worship God in our room in privacy. We can also attend weekly church services on a Sunday that is a Sabbath day. This is the day for rest after a weeks' busy schedule of work. Many preachers preach about our obedience to God but it is actually Jesus' obedience that counts that gave us all the blessings that we don't deserve. It was a divine exchange on the cross, with Jesus taking our poverty, generational curse, sickness, etc and He giving us his blessings, prosperity, health and all things that are good.

Putting on Make Up Again

I have not put on make up for a couple of years already and might consider putting them on again after stumbling up this site at cosmetology school in Wisconsin. Not that I am averse to make up but it takes time and finances to look good. When I was working in Singapore about 10 years back, I will put on make up every morning to look professional in my job as an executive in a bank. Most of the ladies will power dress and they really look pretty. But after I returned to Malaysia, I have become lazy of putting on make up with so many muslim women putting on headgear and covering their entire bodies from top to bottom. So, in a way, I also blend in with the culture locally.

Seek Ye First the Kingdom of God

Taken from Matthew 6:33, the verse above is very apt for me and I am sure for others as well. You need to seek first the kingdom of God and all these things - your health, wealth and prosperity - will be added unto you. For one, I have personally witness it through my boss who is a converted Christian. Ever since he became a Christian, his life changed for the better including his fortune. That's because he also tithes faithfully to church and will never miss church services. When he attends church, he looks at Jesus, and not who the pastor is or who will the speaker be. Our Heavenly father has blessed him with abundant projects and He does not know what is enough. Clients love to deal with my boss and they trust him. Most of the time, he is successful in clinching jobs and projects from competitors and we are not complaining. God has indeed blessed this man!

Happy Easter Sunday

Happy Easter SundayToday is Easter Sunday and it marks the days Jesus resurrected to heaven, 3 days after his crucifixion on Good Friday. This is a new beginning for mankind to be free from curse, poverty, sickness and eternal damnation in hell as Jesus took that all away on our behalf. I attended church today and there was a skit put up by my local church especially for non believers. Jesus was scourged even though he knew no sin. You might think this is unfair but that is how it goes. Jesus took the penalty so that we can take his blessings. It was a divine exchange for man. As Christmas marks the birth of Jesus, Easter Sunday marks his ascension into heaven as he rose from the dead to be reunited with our Heavenly Father. Jesus' victory is our victory over the evil one and over death. Hallelujah!

Brilliant Ideas are Created

There are ways to create alternative energy from waste. This is a brilliant idea that not many people are aware of. You might like to know that a company by the name of N-Viro International Corporation develops and licenses its technology to municipalities and private companies. Their patented processes use lime and/or mineral-rich, combustion byproducts to treat, pasteurize, immobilize and convert wastewater sludge and other bio-organic wastes into biomineral agricultural and soil-enrichment products with real market value. The company has generated sales in excess of $40 million dollars, since its initial public offering in October of 1993. With this huge share market capitalization, no wonder investors are ever ready to put in their money and faith in this brilliant idea and trust this company to deliver more profits. Their web site is at http://www.nviro.com where you can browse for more details.

And personally, I have been reading books on the stocks and to learn how to interpret financial reports in the newspapers. Also, I have recently open an online share trading account with Public Bank but am not in a hurry to trade yet until I know all the facts and figures and how to make money from the stock market. It is important to know how to read the charts and predict bull runs to make a gain. I plan to be a fundamental analysis investor or long term investor and not short term investor or also known as technical analysis investor.

Smart Money Management

To manage your money wisely, it is good to invest in some money instruments and let it grow quicker compared to just leaving it in the bank. There are government bonds to buy with higher returns yet with low risks or guaranteed capital. To be rich quicker, you need to make your money work for you by making it grow faster. Some people are made millionaires investing in the stock market while many others are burnt. To make money in the stock market like Warren Buffett, you need to buy low and sell high. For this to happen, buy when there is a recession, bad news, panic selling, etc and sell when there is bull run. You can also calculate the intrinsic value of the company to know when to hold on and when to let go in the stock market.

Prescription Glasses on the Cheap

With many people being retrenched and slow economic recovery, saving money is very important. Instead of paying more than $100 for prescription glasses, you can now hop over to Zenni Optical for frames ranging from as low as $8 upwards. The reason they are able to offer such bargain prices way below market rate is that the glasses are manufactured in China, thus saving you lots of money. If you are in no hurry to get your prescription glasses, than you can check out the link for the various frames to choose from and with their corresponding prices that are very affordable. Besides, a penny saved is a penny earned and if your whole family wears glasses, then you can order in bulk - saving you more money.

Meditate on His Word

God’s Word says we should meditate on His Word day and night and then we will be like a tree planted by rivers of living water and everything we do will prosper. One way to help meditate on His Word throughout the day is to make your rest time a time of meditation. I have seen with my own eyes those who meditate on God's word really prosper especially in the teaching of grace and undeserved favor. A good chapter to read in the Old Testament would be the book of Proverbs and to meditate on the New Testament. I have also experienced it myself and am now living the blessed life. In my school days, I would spend a lot of time reading and meditating the Bible scriptures which have transformed me by the renewal of my mind daily. In the past, I have also memorised more than 50 verses but you don't have to do all that. You can just meditate on one or two that mean the most to you at that point in time. Right now, I have more than I need and earning a comfortable income working from home for a good Christian boss. God has indeed blessed me.

Just Opened a Gold Investment Account

If I have the excess cash, I will surely invest to buy gold bars. Just a few days ago, I went to Public Bank to open GIA or Gold Investment Account and bought 40gm of gold for nearly RM5,000. The gold price was about RM123.18 per gram. I can only sell it 1 year later and need to keep it for at least a year. If you do not know, gold has been increasing steadily over the last 10 years and when I was small, it was only RM20 a gram! It has increase many folds by leaps and bounds to more than RM120 a gram now. I also own a few gold jewellery pieces over the years to wear for festive occasions. Gold is an investment not to be missed and unlike stocks, the price has been increasing steadily and not like roller coaster rides that may cause a heart attack in the stock market. I am pretty pleased with my investment knowing that it will appreciate in price over some time and will not be subjected to inflation.

I can hardly keep up with who the speaker is

My local church has decided to cut costs by not giving out the church bulletin on a weekly basis. It is now every 2 months! Now I can hardly keep up with who is the speaker for the following week and decided to skip it yesterday. But guess what, my favourite speaker was talking yesterday and I completely forgot that the holy communion is given out on the first Sunday of every month. So, I missed that as well! I still miss going to New Creation Church that is so annointed and blessed with healing ministries for the sick. This is one of the best churches that I have attended.

I have stopped tithing to my local church

I was once a faithful tither to my local church in Penang for 2-3 years, giving 10% of my income every month. But since November 2009, I have stopped tithing as I need the money for my retirement. My local church has more than 3 million in its coffers and is quite rich already. Recently, it has upgraded the pavement for parking in its compound just before Christmas. No matter what, no church that I have attended can be compared to New Creation Church in Singapore - it is so annointed and blessed. I still buy message CDs and songs from www.newcreation.org.sg, the web site of New Creation Church that sells message CDs and tapes online. New Creation is a healing centre and financial centre in Asia. The sermons are broadcasted live all over the world with satellite TV and it is reaching the masses worldwide.

Came Back from Hatyai Yesterday

I spent Chinese New Year and Valentine's Day with my family in Hatyai recently. We are now back in Penang. The trip was enjoyable and I have spent some cash on buying personal stuffs like underclothings, skin care serum, body wash, body scrub, cashew nuts and treated my family to a delicious Japanese buffet dinner near our hotel. Well I guess, God has blessed me with the ability to continue to work from a home office for a friend in his sports building business and I get to earn some commissions from the various projects around Malaysia. And I have been working from home in my pajamas for the last 6 years and it gets better each year with more projects to handle. That means I also am busier than ever compared to the time when we just started out from a small shoplot in Penang. I would like to take this opportunity to wish you a Prosperous Chinese New Year and Belated Valentine's Day!

Untimely Deaths

DID YOU KNOW THESE FACTS? I SURE DIDN’T TILL NOW

Death is certain but the Bible speaks about untimely death!

Make a personal reflection about this..... Very interesting, read until the end......
It is written in the Bible (Galatians 6:7): 'Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man sow, that shall he also reap'.

Here are some men and women who mocked God :

  • John Lennon (Singer):

  • Some years before, during his interview with an American Magazine, he said:
'Christianity will end, it will disappear. I do not have to argue about that. I am certain.. Jesus was ok, but his subjects were too simple, today we are more famous than Him' (1966). Lennon, after saying that the Beatles were more famous than Jesus Christ, was shot six times.

  • Tancredo Neves (President of Brazil ):

  • During the Presidential campaign, he said if he got 500,000 votes from his party, not even God would remove him from Presidency. Sure he got the votes, but he got sick a day before being made President, then he died.

  • Cazuza (Bi-sexual Brazilian composer, singer and poet):

Lim Guan Eng Came to my Church

Penang's current chief minister, Lim Guan Eng, came to my church to reassure us of the safety of the churches in Penang following the attacks in 4 churches in KL over the "Allah" issue. He came for the 9:00 am service and read out the sermon on the Mount and 1 Corinthians 13 on Love. It was recorded on video and when I came for the 11:00 am service, it was shown to us. He also went to The Cathedral of the Holy Spirit to reassure the parishers there and then went off to another church in Prai, Butterworth. Today's message on Love and Forgiveness wasn't co-incidental. It was divinely planned and we all had a good time hearing Pastor Yeoh Guan Hock preach and sing. With such care and immediate response shown by the Penang Government, I hope Lim Guan Eng will continue to helm the Penang Government in the next general election.
