Little Family

This guest post from Lenny Mcknight

I love my little family. I think it’s so much fun being a young mom and I know my husband loves it, too, but you know, it’s a lot of responsibility at the end of the day! We recently moved into a new house and that was an exercise into itself, not to mention still breast feeding and being at home with my son. I’ve had to do a lot of the legwork to get this house in ship shape and though it’s not 100% renovated I think we’ll get there eventually. I looked into satellite vs dial up internet and talked to the grass cutter about how we liked the yard and I’ve actually been reading up about how to install tile and I may surprise my husband sometime soon and actually install the backsplash in the kitchen one of these days! I love that we own this place and we’re no longer renters but there’s a lot of work ahead of us.

Seek Jesus First

I attended church a few days ago and my favorite pastor preached on seeking Jesus first so that all these things will be added unto you. Not some things, not a few things but ALL these things will be ADDED and not given to you. We should not forget to pray and have quiet time in our pursuit for more financial blessings as we work hard every day to put bread on the table for our families. This verse is taken from Matthew 6:33 which is one of my favorite verses since a student.

Ares download for windows 7

Programmers who code software need to be skilled with logical thinking. They need to know the syntax of the various programming languages like PHP, C++, etc in order to earn high income. Writing software programmes like Ares download for windows 7 can be a lucrative venture for the software developers.

That is why not everyone is cut out to become coders. Many would have given up halfway considering the thousands of lines of code to debug. You need to have a logical troubleshooting mind and be patient. Otherwise, you may give up easily.

I am still using Windows Vista as my laptop's operating system. But Microsoft has come up with its latest OS version which is Windows 7 which is supposedly more robust. Well, I am still happily using my 4 year old laptop without any problems and it has never been serviced since the date of purchase. That's because I installed Anti-virus programmes to keep the bad guys out from destroying my computer.

The Benefits of Working at Home

Working at home certainly has its advantages. First of all, I save a lot of money on gasoline from commuting to a different work place. Secondly, I save money on office clothes and make-up. Hence I work in my pajamas or casual clothes like a t-shirt and a pair of shorts. Thirdly, I get to nap anytime I want to. Fourth, I don't have any nosy supervisor to look over my shoulders and checking on me. Fifth, I work at my own pace, setting the time and mood to work. It is like being my own boss at home. And I thank God for my blessings with a dream job since early 2004 until today.

I get paid a basic salary plus commissions for the projects that I bring in via my web site. That is why for every enquiry, I have to treat them as potential clients and print out for my boss to read every day. As my boss' laptop is spoilt, he is depending on me alone to show him all the printed emails and enquiries each day. We have good working relations and he puts his complete faith in me. We are a small company but a dynamic one where the use of computer and the internet is of utmost importance.

Formerly an IT Trainer

As I have mentioned in my previous post, one can get overwhelmed with using the computer and working for my present company because there may be lots of typing to do and other work to be completed. But thank goodness, my self-taught training as an Information Technology Trainer in Informatics, Singapore got me well prepared. I have learnt some short cut tricks here and there using MS Word, Excel and even PowerPoint. I am also proficient in using Adobe Photoshop and can process the images quite well - saturating the colours and optimizing them for faster downloading without compromising on the image quality. Despite the long hours, my job at Informatics was not too bad and I kind of enjoyed working there and it was my first employment after graduation.

Look for Actos Attorneys

Some of my relatives are lawyers with their own firms. They are successful businessmen and women in their own rights. I have an aunt who is a notary public, solicitor and commissioner of oath. She is now retired and enjoying life to the maximum. There are different areas of law such as conveyancing which deals with property transactions like drafting out the Sales and Purchase Agreement between the developer and buyer. There is also litigation where you have to fight out in court representing your clients.

Talking about law, you might like to know that some diabetes patients who have taken Actos may face an increased risk of developing bladder cancer. A US firm is actively accepting Actos bladder cancer cases nationwide. If you are a non-smoker who has contracted bladder cancer after taking Actos, contact Watts Guerra Craft LLP today. You can check out more about it by clicking on the link here >> actos attorneys.

I have previously worked for my solicitor aunt as a temporary legal secretary. She was using the old WordStar software in DOS application. Being an IT graduate, I got her to change to Windows operating system and she is now happily using MS Word and the internet.

Going to KL This Week

Last week, my boss has informed me that I will be going to KL this week. It will most probably be tomorrow or the day after. I have just finished processing 70 envelopes which is the third batch for this year - putting calendars and marketing letters into the envelopes, chopping the company address, pasting stamps, sealing them and finally pasting on the receivers' addresses. Although I work from a home office, there will always be work every day, depending on the amount which may vary according to email enquiries, etc. Sometimes, I also need to type out invoices and delivery orders and email them to existing clients. Being the only employee who handles all the computer work, I have to work fast and be proficient in MS Word, otherwise, you may be overwhelmed with the amount of work each day.

Blogging Takes Time

Blogging takes up a lot of time - especially when you want to spruce up your blog with lots of gorgeous photos and write ups. The photos need to be processed from the raw format in the digital camera. They have to be resized, touched-up, saturated with colors and copyright name added so that no one can steal them and use as their own. As much as blogging takes time, you also need to allocate time for God by meditating on his word, attending church service, singing songs of praise to worship Him, pray, etc. Blessed are those who meditate on God's word day and night. This requires a two-way relationship.

Christian Business Cards

Christian Business Cards

Christianity is a life-long ministry. As a Christian, you are an ambassador for Christ. That is why Pastors and church lay leaders have their own Christian business cards to represent the christian organisation that they work for. When they travel overseas, they can give out their cards to people around them or to those whom they work hand-in-hand for church planting work in the region.

Pastors need to be called by God for the mission. Otherwise, they might burn out with so many things to do like attending funerals, baptizing new converts, conduct weddings, give sermons on the pulpit weekly, feeding the poor, reaching out to the unsaved nations, and many more. By having their own business cards, people can instantly recognize them when they receive a business card where they can keep for emergencies to contact the pastors in the near future.

There are various designs for the Christian theme like the cross at Calvary where Jesus was crucified to give us his blessings, health and richess while he took away our curses, sickness and poverty upon his inflicted body. The Christian business cards can also depict the white dove to represent the Holy Spirit. You can also send in your own customized design to be printed or simply choose from the list of designs already done from the web site of BusinessCards24.com. They have more than hundreds of designs done by their in-house designers.

There is a shopping cart where real time prices of your selection are shown before you check out to make your payment via a secure payment gateway using your credit card. The transaction is safe and secure and your financial details are kept confidential. I have purchased a few items before using my credit card and with the stroke of the keyboard and mouse, everything is done quickly in the comfort of your home and the items delivered right to my door steps.

Off Topic - Online Games

This post is off topic from the Christian theme but it is about an online game where you can try your luck and play to win prizes. Though I have never played any online game before, I have had my hands full playing games installed on big machines like a vending machine that are placed all over the university for students to de-stress and have a time of fun. I still recall going over to Hall 7 from Hall 3 which was just a walking distance in Nanyang Technological University to release study pressures to excel and it was worth it.

The online game here is created to provide entertainment while at the same time to help you win points and redeem them for prizes. I am at a stage where I no longer play computer games anymore but am busy with internet work and my full time employment from a home office for a sports surfacing company which belongs to my friend. In my free time, I will read the news or catch up with cable connected television on the latest news like the death of Gaddhafi of Libya, etc. Besides, election is just around the corner and I am reading up on what the local government is doing to win votes - whether by the clean way or otherwise.

Yesterday, I also skipped church because I was tired and rested in my room instead. Sometimes my local church preach too much on law and to press people to give more money, it can turn me off. So I rather stay put and sleep under the cotton duvet in an air-con room.

Big Family

Thanks for the article from Rubin Osborne

Being part of a big family has made me hyper aware of some things and it’s that boys hate reality shows. We’ve got SATELLITE TV FAMILY at home and there are constant arguments about who gets to watch what and it usually comes down to the guys wanting to watch some sports game while the girls are wanting to watch some trashy reality show. For example, that show “Tough Love” is on VH1 and me and all my sisters love it. Of course the guys think it’s just pathetic so they’ve taken to actually stealing the remote and hiding it until they get home! The other day I found it in the FREEZER! I wonder what it is about those types of shows they hate and I know my mom likes them, too, so it can’t be a generational thing. I think it has something to do with girls being able to relate to the characters and guys just thinking they’re pathetic, you know? That seems like the likeliest explanation to me if you were to ask!

Blessed Life

As a child of God, you will never go hungry nor beg in the streets. Our Heavenly Father will take care of His children just like how he feed the birds of the air and the flowers on the ground. He puts us in lands filled with milk and honey and clothes us like the lilies of the fields. Just read on the book of Proverbs and you will see what I mean. It is a book full of God's wisdom on how to life and get the best out of what life has to offer. The goal is to free us from bondage and to give us grace and unmerited favor. This is the very nature of our Heavenly Father who loves us unconditionally.

It is Good to be Blessed

My parents keep saying that God found a dream job for me and a dream mate from the internet. They tell me to pray and thank God for my blessings. So, the internet is not full of tricksters or scammers but if you are lucky, you can find yourself a good deal - like my case of finding a perfect friend and boss. I have been working from home since 2004 and will continue to do so for a very long time to come, hopefully another 10 - 15 years to go before I retire and enjoy my golden years. It does not matter if one is a bankrupt or not, as long as he is willing to work hard and build his empire from scratch again with nothing down. Diligence is an important trait to look for in a soulmate.

Take Time for Charity

Take time to do charity when you have accumulated wealth for there are many others who go hungry and live below the poverty line. Dictators who hoard money for themselves and their cronies will eventuall fall and the poor citizens will uprise and takeover their place as seen in Libya for Gaddafi, Philippines for Marcos, Syria, etc. The government must share the wealth of Petronas with non-muslims too and not keep it for their UMNO putras. That is why if Pakatan were to come to power, they will use Petronas money to build infrastructure and share with the rakyat – now only the Prime Minister knows how much Petronas makes and no one else. It is not transparent!

How to Be Wealthy

No matter how much you earn, to be really rich is to spend less than you earn each month. This is basic financial principal. As long as you can save some money, say 10% of your income every month, you will become rich when you retire eventually. Many financial experts keep writing in their books to tell us to spend way less than we earn. Otherwise, you are just a transit for money transactions. You need to attract money and not repel it. By using compounding interests, you will become rich in a matter of years as you faithfully keep at saving money monthly. There is no other way for most of us who have to slought it out daily, year in year out.

Cosmetology School

Now at my age, I hardly put on any makeup whenever I go out except for functions and dinners. When I was working for a bank in Singapore, I used to put on make-up every day to go to work and dress like an executive with a jacket on above office clothes. Beauticians and students who have interests in attending a cosmetology school, can check out the link given by reading more about it. I used to have a colleague who turned into a beautician because valuation work was not cut out for her. She is not proficient in using the computer with the various software installed like Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

Founded more than 50 years ago in Minneapolis, Regency is the fastest growing beauty school in the country. Regency has expanded from two Minnesota schools in 2002 to 80 (and counting) campuses across 19 states, with continued growth every year. Regency Beauty Institute is the fastest growing beauty school in the United States. It is spreading like wild fire all over USA with many students enrolling the course to become future beauticians and business owners.

This blog post was based on information provided by Blogitive. For more information, please visit Blogitive.com or contact Regency Beauty Institute – 3583 Alpine Avenue NW – Walker, MI 49544.

There is more to Life than Work

Some people are parasites, depending on others to feed them and refuse to work. It is not that they cannot work, but they choose not to work and take the easy way out, like sitting the whole day in the shop lot waiting for customers to walk in and give them business. For others, they prefer to nap the whole day and give excuse after excuse like cannot handle work pressure, etc. Just yesterday, I read an article in the newspapers of a young girl, a graduate in Computer Science from Australia who committed suicide after having depression and came back from Taiwan six months ago. This is so tragic as her condition could be averted by taking medication and seeing the mental health doctor. Life is more than work, it is about enjoying what you do and learning how to handle the daily grind and dreary pressure that may come along your way.

Be Gracious

Life can be full of grace or full of bondage depending on your mindset. In the Old Testament, it is full of laws and bondage. On the other hand, in the New Testament, it is full of God's grace and unmerited favor. Since Jesus' death, we have been redeemed from a life of curse to a life of blessings as long as we proclaim Jesus as our Savior. We don't have to take a vow of poverty like the nuns and chastity like the priests as Jesus took all these upon himself. He became poor so that we might be rich. He was wounded so that we can have his abundant health.

It's COMING!

The Author of this post is Cheryl Martinez

Gosh I love football season! It’s coming up soon and I’m already planning what I’m going to do for each game this year. I like cooking a big old pot of something and having everyone over – last year I did a lot of stews and chilis because it gets really cold and crisp here in the fall. I think this year I’m going to try my hand at some casseroles and even some pulled pork, if I feel like it! I recently got Direc4U.COM satellite at home so I should be able to get all the games and some extra channels with no problem so it’s shaping up to be the best year yet, at least in terms of having access to tons of games. I love how everyone comes to my place to watch the first game of the year and hopefully my cooking will keep them coming back game after game! I know I like company whether

Working at Home

I run a home based business on a freelance basis and offer online assistance like web site designing, banner designing, etc. It was fine for a while but then I started to get hooked on chatting and started to chat more than I worked. That was when I had to find a job outside to kick the habit of chatting online which were costing me $700 a month in internet bills alone! I was using up hours on internet line without limits. The home based business earned me a little money here and there but was insufficient to pay for main bills. Therefore, you need to watch out what you do so that you don't chalk up too much time chatting away.

Being my Own Boss

I have been working at home since 2004. It has always been my dream to work at a home office and I guess I am blessed in this aspect of my life. I love working from home and who wouldn't right? And I get the benefits of a full employment like EPF (Employees Provident Fund) and SOCSO. Moreover, my boss is understanding and allows me to work from a home office that is equipped with a laptop, desktop, LCD monitor, multi-functional printer, scanner, copier, fax machine and a digital camera. I am being my own boss literally.

Legal Matters

Lawsuits are serious legal matters where the client wants reimbursement for his sufferings or loss of money by getting a paid lawyer to litigate his case in court.
For your information, Actos is an oral diabetes medicine that has been shown by recent studies to lead to serious injuries such as heart attacks, heart failure, and an increased risk of bladder cancer, which can result in an Actos lawsuit. Pioglitazone, the chemical name for Actos was sold under the trade names Actos, ActoplusMet, Competact and Duetact.

So beware of what you are buying off the shelves from the pharmacy in your neighborhood. Some of the medication that we take may have adverse side effects. So it is better to do some research on the internet first before purchasing that medication or as prescribed by your doctor who may be unaware of the lawsuits. Hence, it is good to seek second or even third opinion from the medical experts if you can afford it. You can never take your health for granted and trust to consume every medication given to you safely.

Some of the side effects may take years to be discovered by clients or patients. By then it may be too late for you already. So, be in the know all the time as knowledge is power and brings good health. Some of the medication may cause obesity or numbness of the peripherals. Others may have worse side effects.

Skipping Church Today

Later on, I will be going with my colleague to Kedah to meet up with a client and have to skip church service today. My friend has been tithing to church every week in the region of 4 figures in RM. On a side note, whenever she tithes faithfully and attend church service, the messages by the pastors or deacons are exalting and encouraging with much grace. But whenever she skips church due to business and did not tithe the RM 1k per week, the church management is not too happy about it and start preaching about condemnation and law! So, money certainly speaks the loudest here in my local church where the management seems to take our tithes for granted and expects it to be given faithfully every week! Now where was the humble attitude once upon a time??

Gambling is a disease

Gambling is a disease. I have seen my own close relatives lost a lot of money due to gambling. My very own paternal grandma lost a fortune in gambling. Being educated until primary six, the only way she knows to make money is through gambling in the hope of striking it rich. But the end result is that she lost a fortune and had to hawk laksa in the streets just to bring up 4 children by herself – it is unfortunate that her husband passed away early in his thirties due to sickness. My own uncle lost a house and now had to rent an apartment in the low cost flats all due to gambling. So, no, for me, I am against gambling at all costs. I have seen the hardships suffered by my relatives due to foolishness in being addicted to gambling. From a life of abundance, they had to lead a life of poverty and living at subsistence level and practise austerity.

Missed Church for 2 weeks already

I have skipped church service for 2 weeks in a row now due to the pain on my left thigh. And I have visited the doctor 3 times already with an injection during the second visit. In 3 days time, I will be flying off to Macau, Shenzhen and Hong Kong for a 5 days 4 nights tour with my 2 younger sisters. I just hope that my left leg will recover on time for the tour and not having my sisters push me around in a wheel chair. And to rent a wheel chair from Royal Plaza Hotel in Hong Kong cost RM 1,500 or Hong Kong dollars of $3,000.00. Everything is money and you need to have lots of cash to tour and be comfortable during the visit.

God has Blessed me

God has indeed blessed me with a comfortable life - a secure job to work at home, generous helpful friends who make your day, enough to eat and a roof over my head. I also live in a secure country where there is no uprising unlike the Middle East. This is a democratic country and you get to vote for your leaders. We don't have leaders sitting on the throne for half a century, embezzling billions of dollars from the national coffer. But I am not sure about Dr Mahathir's time - nobody knows what has happened to the money and the country was almost bankrupt during his tenure! Thank goodness this mamak blabber mouth politician is no longer the Prime Minister! He knows when to step down!

Tithing is a Personal Matter

You cannot force everyone to tithe or coerce church members to continue tithing. People have their own reasons not to tithe but give offering instead. So, it is up to the creativity of the church management to come up with ways to make more money like opening a Christian kindergarten for their church building fund. Not every one has the revelation to tithe or give 10% of your income.

Blessed to Work from Home

I know of many friends and ex-colleagues who keep job hopping and can never get confirmed beyond the probation period. That's because they are either lazy, have no initiative or simply darn late for work! They also could not work in a team and think that they are the boss. Because of this wrong attitude, they cannot find permanent employment! Unless they are lucky with rich parents to support them, most of them have to live below the poverty line with barely enough to feed themselves.

Hedge of Protection

As God's child, you have a hedge of God's protection around your life from the enemy. You will be protected from accidents, premature death or any evil that may be thrown to you by the enemy. God sends his guardian angels to keep us safe from harm. When you walk, you will not stumble. This is the blessing God gives his children. You will also never beg in the streets for our Heavenly Father will provide for us all our needs. That is why you never see Christians begging in the streets. Since God provide food for the birds and the bees, surely He will also take care of you.

Going to the Bank Today

I was on a business trip last week when I got a call from Public Bank requesting me to go there and discuss about my investment in government bonds that has matured and money put back into my savings account. I am not sure what the bank officer wants to discuss with me about but I need to weigh the pros and cons of further investment that involves unit trusts or share market. With uncertainty in the Middle East, and Japan's problems, the share market is very volatile and I never believe in putting my hard-earned money there. And I don't plan to invest in properties as money put in properties are illiquid. You cannot withdraw immediately or sell immediately and you will need emergency cash if anything happens.

I have a Good Stable Job

I only blog on a part time basis and not glued to blogging all the time. I have a full time job you know. And I get to work from a home office, enjoy perks like occasional travels now and then and earn by commissions. Sometimes my commissions are more than my basic salary. Suffice to say, I can live comfortably as long as I am working and that is why I need to save up for my retirement for them to be golden years ahead and not woeful one where some people have to beg in the streets. I work alone at home, no more obnoxious colleagues and I have a very understanding boss. And I thank God for my blessings now.

Trained as a Lawyer

I have a nephew who is a lawyer and trained in Australia. He did very well for his pre-university exams and got offered a job even before he graduated. By now I am sure he is a practicing lawyer in Australia. In Singapore, it is not easy to get to study for a law degree in the National University of Singapore or simply abbreviated as NUS. You need to exercise self-supremacy, have an extroverted character and gung-ho attitude. This attributes are needed because you need to be able to fight a case for your client in court and to win. That is where Topamax lawsuit comes in where you can make claims for your clients who are victimized. You also need to have a winner's attitude and not be too emotionally attached to your clients.

Got paid for my bonds

Today I received RM 205 in my Public Bank account for bonds invested some time back. It gives higher returns than Fixed Deposits which is at 5% compared to 2.75% for FD. The bonds are at 3 years maturity. Tomorrow, my 2 fixed deposits at Maybank will mature after 1 year tenure and I am going to put for monthly maturity compared to yearly. I always keep track of my finances and how much I have accumulated. This will give me an indication on how much to spend and whether I have reached my targeted savings. Making money and earning it is fun!

Ministry in Writing

My blog here is my ministry in writing. Some anonymous fella emailed me if I am interested in his ministry in writing where he will set up a web site and emailed bloggers like me to contribute. Well, I blog for one purpose and that is to make money. It kills two birds with one stone as I also get to do ministry in writing for this blog. Since I don't know who this fella is, I did not reply. Besides, he is using a pseudonym and this turns me off. I prefer to deal with the real person and not someone else hiding behind another name. For all you know, he might be using bloggers like me to earn revenue to his sites.

God is Good - All the Time

Don Moen made the song famous by singing the song 'God is Good, All the Time'. The recent earthquake and tsunami in Japan is not from God but is a result of the fallen nature of man when Adam disobeyed God and ate the apple from the forbidden tree of Good and Evil. Since then, the earth has been cursed and disease and sickness began. Men started to grow old, age and die. This was not the original plan that God has for mankind. Man was supposed to live for eternity and enjoy life here on earth. But alas, it was not to be! Because of the disobedience, Adam was cast out from the Garden of Eden and had to slought hard to bring food to the table and labour started. Since Eve tempted Adam, women has to suffer going through painful labour in order to give birth. So, that was how it is today.

Humble Thyself

Those who humble themselves will be exalted but those who exalt themselves will be humbled. This is a verse from the Bible but I have forgotten where I read it. In everything that we do, when we achieved success, we need to stay grounded and not let the success get into our heads. Stay humble and people will be attracted to you. Don't have false pride. Pride was the very reason Lucifer was kicked out from heaven as he wanted to be like God and to be worshipped. We don't worship angels as they are created beings. We only worship our creator, our Heavenly Father. As long as you stay humble, there should be no problems working for others and to have good relations with people you come across.

It is Good to be a Christian

I do not want to talk about other religions, but my Christian faith has kept me going all this while - during times of stress, pressure, failure, etc. I guess I was brought up to be a tough person, able to handle stress especially as an undergraduate and while studying for my A levels in Singapore. I have had my share of set backs, but this did not stop me from pursuing my dreams and to bring food to the table for my family, especially my retired parents. It is good to be a Christian because there in hope in Jesus and an eternal life in heaven with my own mansion specially prepared for me. You can also enjoy the same benefits if you just accept Jesus into your lives and say the sinner's prayer.

God Blesses with More than Enough

Heaven is very rich and My Heavenly Father always blesses with more than enough for his Children. He is not Al Cheapo, but Al Shaddai. He is a God who gives and gives and does not know when to stop. He is a God of Abundance and his children will never have to beg in the streets for they will have enough food, clothing and a shelter over their heads. My God is the creator of the universe, the beginning and the ending. He is Alpha and Omega. And He is the author of my life and the author of the Bible. Therefore, I am thankful to my classmates for introducing my God to me since 1985 and I never looked back.

Groom to Bloom : Becoming a Woman of God

Here is a piece of the sermon preached yesterday at my local church and I jotted down the points below:

Refer to Proverbs 31:10-31

A Noble Woman does the following:

- Takes care of the family;

- Contributes to the family finances;

- Helps the needy;

- Speaks with wisdom;

- Fears the Lord (Honor and obey God with reverence for Him. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom - Proverbs 9:10)

- Deserves to be praised;

- Sets the priority right (God, Family, Job, Ministry);

- Honor God's order of headship (does not compete with her husband for leadership);

- Supports and complement each other;

- Draws near to God.

    The Grace of God

    I like to mention about the Grace of God in my life not to create resentment or jealousy but to expound on the goodness of our Heavenly Father. It was God's blessings that I found my job from the internet and have been gainfully employed from home since 2004 till now. The internet certainly holds many wonders and creates a lot of opportunities for ordinary people like me. Using my skills gleaned from learning and reading web sites, I am able to design a web site, edit photos using Photoshop and do much more with my humble laptop at home. And I never looked back since then.

    Are you a Child of God?

    Are you a Christian yet? If not, it is better to say the sinner's prayer with someone to guide you and become a Christian by accepting Jesus as your Lord and Savior. When you become a Christian, you will have eternal life in heaven, a mansion to live in where Jesus has prepared for us while we are still living here on earth. Jesus' painful cruxificion on the cross is to redeem mankind from their sins and to reconcile us with our Heavenly Father. You see, Jesus took our place of curse and suffering and poverty while we take his place of blessings, riches and God's favor.

    Life of God's Grace

    As a child of God, our Heavenly Father, we will inherit our riches in heaven with mansions, etc. We don't have to earn it, but just accept Jesus as our Lord and Saviour to get our inheritance in the after life. This is God's unmerited grace of favor to his children. We are no longer under condemnation but under blessings one after another that sometimes it is hard to believe it. When you believe right, you will live right. And blessings of undeserved favor will come right smack in your life. That's the promise God has for His children.

    Depuy Hip Lawsuit

    My aunt is a lawyer with her own firm of Advocates and Solicitors in Shenton Way, Singapore back in the 1990s and she is now retired from work but not from the internet. She keeps herself active by surfing to the various web sites and read up blogs of interests to keep her mind active and to help prevent Alzheimer's Disease, a debilitating sickness that slowly kills the brain cells leading to eventual death. My nephew is also a successful lawyer who graduated from Australia and he was offered a job even before finishing school because he did very well in his exams.

    Anyway, on August 26, 2010 Depuy Orthopedics, owned by Johnson & Johnson, announced a recall of 93,000 hip replacement systems due to a large number of people experiencing pain and swelling so severe that a second hip replacement surgery became necessary. At O’Hanlon, McCollom & Demerath, our attorneys understand that your hip problems may not be your fault – instead, possibly due a defective Depuy Hip Implant. Our expertise and experience, combined with our highly trained staff, make us uniquely well-equipped to handle even the most complex products liability claims. Faith, Hope and Love

    Faith, Hope and Love; of these the greatest is Love. It tells us to love our families, parents, spouses, etc. Even our neighbors, regardless of how obnoxious some of them can be. Because of love, we were conceived in our mother's womb and out of the millions of sperm, only one managed to penetrate the egg and that's how life began. So we are all born a success, and not a failure. We are born to be winners and become leaders. We are born to contribute to society and do our part in charity. With love, we can achieve a lot of things in life that a destitute cannot, devoid of love. Parental unconditional love is important to the normal and successful upbringing of the offspring so that he can be a normal adult later on.

    Blessed with More than Enough

    I thank God every day with more than enough to eat, spend, etc. This is the year of the rabbit and it heralds a new beginning for the coming Chinese New Year. I just came back from Kuala Lumpur for a short business trip that was successful. More projects to get started with and it spells a new beginning. I am happy to have a job to work at home comfortably in my pajamas and to work when I am ready. I can also nap when I need to at anytime of the day. Despite my freedom and privilege, I never take advantage of the goodwill bestowed upon to me by the company unlike some ex-colleagues who cannot wake up on time and is habitually late for work even to 2 hours or even more - Only God knows!
