The Facts of Life : Are You Covered?

quinndirectinsurance.net

Having an insurance policy to cover your life is important. In case of accidents or discovery of dreaded diseases like cancer, heart disease, diabetes, stroke, Alzheimer's disease and such, the insurance company will pay your hospital bill, medical consultation and medication. This will surely prevent your finances from depleting too much all of a sudden.

A lot of money is pooled from the crowd and the collected money is then channeled to pay for such expenses should any of the policy holders be inflicted with critical illness or a motor accident. An estimated 22% of vehicle operators in Alabama do not have auto insurance. Not only that, an estimated 28% of driver in Mississippi do not have auto insurance. From statistics, 7 out of 10 people that lack health insurance live in California, New York, Texas or Florida.

To share my personal life, I have been awarded a lump sum payment from my insurance company for a medical condition that renders me jobless for my entire life. I received in the sum of more than $80,000.00 and it was a blessing in disguise that I decided to purchase the insurance premium that was automatically deducted from my Central Provident Fund (CPF) account in Singapore.

As of today, I have 2 insurance policies to cover me; one up to age 65 and another up to a lifetime as long as I pay the $100 that is auto debited from my bank account. My dad used to sell insurance policies on a part time basis and he got the Million Dollar Round Table Award for selling premiums worth more than 1 million in his career. Having come from such background, I know it is pertinent to get at least one insurance policy for your health or motor accident, just in case.

Working in a Home Office

Today is Sunday and I skipped church since I could not wake up for the early service at 9:00am. After completing some paid commenting on a US high traffic blog, I decided to call up my friend for lunch at a Thai restaurant where we patronize for the first time. The food was not too bad except that it was a bit hot since the air con was not switched on when we entered the premises.

In the meantime, you can check out high view apartments, simply by clicking on the link and reading up more information. Who knows? You might find something that suits your budget. I am in the writing mood now and working in a home office has enabled me to work even on a Sunday, without having to commute by car to office. It is a win-win basis for me to work in a home office since February 2004 until today for my boss who happens to be my cousin. So, employability is assured unless, of course I choose to retire. I am staying in an apartment at the moment but it is on the lower floor which is more affordable. When I chose the unit, I had considered situation of electricity tripping and I don't intend to climb stories high at the top most floor just to reach my unit. It would be very inconvenient for old people having to walk up and climb the stair case for high level units. But then the view is apparently better.

I am born in the year of the dog and love puppies. You can check out Puppies for Sale from the link given here. When I was small, I used to play with my aunt's pet dogs in her large garden with fruit trees for the pet to run around. It is a lot of work to maintain pets and you have to be a responsible owner in order to keep pets at home. Otherwise they can become abandoned and become strays along the streets.

At the moment, I am also saving up for my retirement in a few years' time down the road. Hence, I have to be prudent about my spendings especially at the shopping mall where I frequent almost every other day. There will always be work online and it is up to your determination to work hard or now. It is easier to just sleep and forget about everything else.

But I just don't have the luxury to lie down the whole day doing nothing. Those who refuse to work will come to poverty. It is not a pretty sight to be in. In the meantime, do check out dentist tauranga nz and Holiday Homes Auckland

Little Family

This guest post from Lenny Mcknight

I love my little family. I think it’s so much fun being a young mom and I know my husband loves it, too, but you know, it’s a lot of responsibility at the end of the day! We recently moved into a new house and that was an exercise into itself, not to mention still breast feeding and being at home with my son. I’ve had to do a lot of the legwork to get this house in ship shape and though it’s not 100% renovated I think we’ll get there eventually. I looked into satellite vs dial up internet and talked to the grass cutter about how we liked the yard and I’ve actually been reading up about how to install tile and I may surprise my husband sometime soon and actually install the backsplash in the kitchen one of these days! I love that we own this place and we’re no longer renters but there’s a lot of work ahead of us.

Ares download for windows 7

Programmers who code software need to be skilled with logical thinking. They need to know the syntax of the various programming languages like PHP, C++, etc in order to earn high income. Writing software programmes like Ares download for windows 7 can be a lucrative venture for the software developers.

That is why not everyone is cut out to become coders. Many would have given up halfway considering the thousands of lines of code to debug. You need to have a logical troubleshooting mind and be patient. Otherwise, you may give up easily.

I am still using Windows Vista as my laptop's operating system. But Microsoft has come up with its latest OS version which is Windows 7 which is supposedly more robust. Well, I am still happily using my 4 year old laptop without any problems and it has never been serviced since the date of purchase. That's because I installed Anti-virus programmes to keep the bad guys out from destroying my computer.

Christian Business Cards

Christianity is a life-long ministry. As a Christian, you are an ambassador for Christ. That is why Pastors and church lay leaders have their own Christian business cards to represent the christian organisation that they work for. When they travel overseas, they can give out their cards to people around them or to those whom they work hand-in-hand for church planting work in the region.

Pastors need to be called by God for the mission. Otherwise, they might burn out with so many things to do like attending funerals, baptizing new converts, conduct weddings, give sermons on the pulpit weekly, feeding the poor, reaching out to the unsaved nations, and many more. By having their own business cards, people can instantly recognize them when they receive a business card where they can keep for emergencies to contact the pastors in the near future.

There are various designs for the Christian theme like the cross at Calvary where Jesus was crucified to give us his blessings, health and richess while he took away our curses, sickness and poverty upon his inflicted body. The Christian business cards can also depict the white dove to represent the Holy Spirit. You can also send in your own customized design to be printed or simply choose from the list of designs already done from the web site of BusinessCards24.com. They have more than hundreds of designs done by their in-house designers.

There is a shopping cart where real time prices of your selection are shown before you check out to make your payment via a secure payment gateway using your credit card. The transaction is safe and secure and your financial details are kept confidential. I have purchased a few items before using my credit card and with the stroke of the keyboard and mouse, everything is done quickly in the comfort of your home and the items delivered right to my door steps.
