It is Good to be Blessed

My parents keep saying that God found a dream job for me and a dream mate from the internet. They tell me to pray and thank God for my blessings. So, the internet is not full of tricksters or scammers but if you are lucky, you can find yourself a good deal - like my case of finding a perfect friend and boss. I have been working from home since 2004 and will continue to do so for a very long time to come, hopefully another 10 - 15 years to go before I retire and enjoy my golden years. It does not matter if one is a bankrupt or not, as long as he is willing to work hard and build his empire from scratch again with nothing down. Diligence is an important trait to look for in a soulmate.

The Grace of God

I like to mention about the Grace of God in my life not to create resentment or jealousy but to expound on the goodness of our Heavenly Father. It was God's blessings that I found my job from the internet and have been gainfully employed from home since 2004 till now. The internet certainly holds many wonders and creates a lot of opportunities for ordinary people like me. Using my skills gleaned from learning and reading web sites, I am able to design a web site, edit photos using Photoshop and do much more with my humble laptop at home. And I never looked back since then.

We are Now Under God's Grace

We are no longer condemn or under the law as in the Old Testament. Since Jesus died, we have been reconciled to our Heavenly Father and are under God's Grace, divine protection and unmerited favor. No longer do we have to work and do right to earn God's favor but just rest on Jesus and depend on His finished work at the cross to bring us to a life of prosperity, health and all the good things in life. We can never depend on ourselves to win God's favor because we are imperfect and have sinned. Life in the Old Testament is hard and depends on keeping the Law but no longer so in the New Testament, which is only a third the thickness of the entire Bible.
